If you are in the market for a radiant heat system, you have ventured to the right place.
Our goal is to provide you with as many radiant heating options as
possible and help you select the options that will best fulfill your
specific project needs while remaining within your budget. There are four types of
quality systems
recommended for spatial radiant heating and floor warming:
|
| |
Danfoss LX Mats

The Danfoss LX floor warming mats include a heating cable woven into an adhesive-backed red fiberglass mesh that allows for simple roll-out installation without worrying about heating cable spacing. The floor warming mats are pre-terminated for use with 120 and 240 volts, and are available in various lengths of 20" widths to accommodate any room’s layout.
The Danfoss LX floor warming mats emit no measurable electromagnetic fields due to the shielded dual conductor design. This dual conductor cable requires only one cold lead connection making it easy to layout and install.

Applications: Tile, marble and slate floors.

Danfoss LX Cable Heating System

Introducing the floor heating system with the thinnest
cable available, the Danfoss LX Heating system. The Danfoss LX Heating cable is only 1/16-inch in diameter. This high quality heating cable has a
copper nickel alloy conductor, is insulated with a thin layer of Tefzel® and is protected by a stainless steel braid.
The heating cable is designed to generate 8 to 12 watts per square foot, which is enough to provide sufficient heat for an entire room in most situations.
This cable also carries the leading line-voltage warranty on the market of 10 years.

Applications: Tile, marble, and slate floors, 10 to 500 sq. ft.

Danfoss TX Cable
Heating System

Danfoss TX is a durable, high quality cable that can be installed under any flooring. Because the cable has a protective,
waterproof, metallic shield, it is safe for use in both dry and wet environments, including tiled shower and bathroom floors.
TX is designed to produce 10 to 15 watts per square foot and is ideal for both residential and commercial projects, from
small bathrooms to commercial office space.

Applications: Concrete slabs, hardwood, carpet, tiled floors, 20 sq. ft. and up.

Zmesh
Heating System

This low-voltage electric radiant heat system uses our Zmesh heating element, which is a 12
inch wide, bronze mesh, similar to screen door material, that comes in 50 to 300 foot rolls (in 50 ft. increments). Zmesh is our most popular product. Because of its low profile (practically paper thin), installing any floor surface over Zmesh is simple and effective. Zmesh can
even be installed under cement board so that no mortar buildup is necessary. Zmesh is your radiant solution for carpet, hardwood, tile, marble, slate, linoleum, and vinyl.

Applications: All hardwood and carpet floors; tile floors, 300 sq. ft. and above.

Hydronic Floor Heating

Hydronic floor heating is an effective and proven method
for providing luxury floor warming and spatial heating. When heating entire homes and larger areas, it's difficult to beat the price of a hydronic
floor heating system. The ThermalBoard system is excellent for new construction
as well as remodeling projects. No gypcrete is required, and the PEX
hot water tubing is laid into pre-cut boards. After the ThermalBoard is installed, you can install hardwood, carpet, tile, and almost any floor
surface directly on top.

Applications: All floor surfaces, 1000 square feet and above.
