Warmzone Roof Heating and Deicing

Warmzone roof deicing systems prevent the buildup of snow, ice and large icicles around roof eaves, drains, and valleys. This electric radiant snowmelt system can be installed under new or existing asphalt, shake, or tile shingles, and is ideal for new construction or remodeling projects.

The  RoofHeat heating element is embedded between two layers of vinyl to ensure that the panel is protected against UV rays and other potential physical damages. The panel is lightweight, flexible and easy to install, and it can be cut to size on the job site.

Roof Heating gutter and roof ice melting cables are also available for heating gutters and retrofitting roofs.

10 Reasons to Invest in a Roof Snowmelt and Deicing System

  1. Roof Deicing System on Coyote Moon Country ClubEasy to install - Our radiant roof heating systems are not labor intensive. Because of the simplicity of the installation, costs for installing the roof deicing systems are much less than installing other systems.

  2. Safety - Prevent dangerous icicles from forming that can fall and cause injury. Fallen icicles also create icy walkways for pedestrians.

  3. No residual maintenance - Because our systems are virtually maintenance free, yearly maintenance costs for the end user will be non-existent. Yearly checkups are not needed, and costs for repairing leaky pipes will not be a problem.

  4. No system housing - Our roof deicing systems are controlled by  control boxes that hang on walls. There is no need to use up any additional square footage of your home or garage to house the equipment for the RoofHeat system.

  5. Efficiency - Install the most efficient roof deicing systems available (99% of all energy goes
    to snow melting).

  6. Low operation costs - Melt snow on a 300 sq. ft. area for around $0.35 per continuous hour
    of operation.

  7. Minimal operation time - The RoofHeat electric radiant heating system runs up to 30% less than other radiant snow melting systems because of high efficiency.

  8. Automation - 100% automated devices are available that detect precipitation and
temperature, running the system only when needed. The automated devices detect the
moisture in the air, turning the system on just before the snow storm hits for maximum
