(Heat plant is the source that will provide the heat for your heating system) Cast Iron Boiler - Cast iron boilers will provide years of trouble free operation with very little maintenance with an 80% to 87% operating efficiency with a 25-year warranty on the heat exchanger only. High Efficient Condensing Boiler - Stainless steel condensing boiler will provide the most efficiency in operating cost but requires yearly maintenance and has a 12-year warranty on heat exchanger only these boilers operate with a 92% to 97% operating efficiency. Instantaneous Water Heater - Instantaneous water heater will provide heat for small projects with an operating efficiency of 80% to 85% and a 3 year warranty when used in heating applications.
