Zmesh installed on wood subfloor under tile and hardwood

Zmesh is a low voltage electric system that can be installed under any floor surface, including hardwood, tile, and carpet.

Staples are used to secure the Zmesh to the wood subfloor. The 12"-wide Zmesh rolls are spaced at 2 inches.

Zmesh can be laid out in any pattern by simply folding it over itself at the turns. One continuous roll of Zmesh is used to heat an area up to 350 sq. ft.

Triangle transition plates are soldered to the ends of the Zmesh roll. Cold lead is spliced to the end of the plates and run to the control unit.
