Roof Deicing Options
If you are in need
of a roof deicing system, you have
ventured to the
right place. Our goal is to provide
you with the best
possible radiant heating options,
then help you select the one
that will best meet your needs and
fit within your budget.
Depending on the size of the area
you wish to heat and the
application, there are several
options available, each of which
can be customized to meet your
specific needs:

Gutter Melting
Radiant roof
heating and ice melting
cables can be used to melt ice in
gutters, protecting the
structural integrity of your roof. Existing
roofs can easily be retrofitted
with these radiant heating cables to prevent
icicles, ice buildup, and ice
dams. Radiant roof heating systems not only
enhance safety, but also protect structures
and enhance the lifespan of your
roof. Learn more about radiant roof heating

Heat the Roof Edges
Applying radiant
heat to the roof edges is the most
common application for our
radiant roof deicing systems. The
attractive RoofHeat
Panels systems feature self-regulating
heat cable that is
channeled into an aluminum panel that is
designed for maximum heat
transfer.
You can also install the
thin,
low-voltage heating
element discreetly under your
roofing to provide heat
for the roof eaves and prevent heavy
snow from accumulating.

Heat Roof Valleys and
Problem Areas
Ice dams are
typically the most problematic areas of
roofs in cold-weather
climates. When the temperature in the
attic is above freezing,
it can cause the snow on the roof to
melt and trickle down the
roof valleys. When it hits the colder
eaves, it refreezes. You
can eliminate this threat by installing
roof heat in your roof valleys.
Our roof deicing systems are
versatile and can heat almost any size
or shaped area to fix ice
buildup on roofs and prevent potential damage.

Heat the Entire Roof
Eliminate the accumulation
of snow and ice by heating your entire
roof. This is not a very common application,
but definitely possible and very
effective. While most structures in cold
climates that receive moderate
to heavy snowfall feature steep roof grades,
some with flatter roofs need more
comprehensive roof
heating. Heating the entire
roof can be extremely beneficial because it
eliminates snow and ice buildup and prevents
roofs from being damaged because
of too much weight. |

deicing systems are laid out can be
